Cant get hold of retentions or anyone
No Hope of every getting hold of MTN Retentions Department. I am due to have a cellphone contract at MTN. I am overdue for an Upgrade but I dont Want an Upgrade i would like to change to a top up option. I have attempted to call several times with no luck. I have tried the email option as well as WhatsApp. Someone from retention promised to call back as soon as my contract ends but nothing to date. How do i get assisted.
