cant get hold of legal department. 4 months now!!
<p>I have a unused contract that was handed over for collection without me being informed. For the past 4 months I have being trying to contact the MTN Legal Department to sort this out. I have still been paying the monthly fees. I am getting harrassed by the debt collectors. Absalutely shocking service. The call centre has a different excuse each time I phone them. They sometimes tell me it is impossible to contact the legal department and that they will ask them to contact me, never happened. I have been given various different phone numbers for the legal department, all incorrect. absalute joke. I will take further action if this does not get sorted out withing the week.</p>
