Cant get hold of Customer care

<p>Being trying to phone Customer care on 808 frm an MTN phone and want to speak to a consultant go thr all the menus and then they say hold in for a consultant and before you know it CAll is ENDED!! this has beung happening all morning and Yestersday afternoon!! BAD SERVICE MTN!</p>
