cant get hold of anyone at MTN DIRECT

My phone is on contract with MTN. Recently my screen cracked. I visited a branch to acquire proof of the contract to prrsent to Samsung so that they can replace my screen. Consultant at MTN store told me that my contract is from MTN Direct and he cant help me. He gave me a number to contact ***. I tried numerous times. Holding on for almost 45 minutes at a time but to no avail. I desparately need the proof of purchase/contract as I am now sitting with a phone with a cracked screen.
