Cant get hold of anyone

Tried getting hold of them after buying a cellphone online, Phone was delivered however not Rica'd. Tried calling all their channels even tried contacting their CapeGate store. Can you believe this company is not contactable? Very Frustrating. Should have gone to Vodacom
