CANT GET HOLD OF ANYONE

<p>My daughters cellphone was insured and handed in for repairs with MTN over 2 and a half months ago. After several attempts getting hold of the call centre I finally got hold of someone who said it is being replaced and I must call the insurance number. 12 calls later and a couple of hours holding over the past weeks I can get hold of NOBODY. The replacement was authorised on the 21st September accortding to the call centre and yet NOTHING. Your service is really ****!!!</p>
