Cant get feedback from anyone about PRS
Dear MTN, I have sent requests through your website, sent emails, tried everything possible to get someone to help me get a premium rated sms solution in place. I used to deal with Douglas Van Wyk, but apparently he has been let go and the entire department that used to deal with this. Why do you guys still advertise the service but not hire anyone to do the job. I have been dealing with Ivor Booysen, but he has no clue whats going on and doesn't respond. <br> <br> PLEASE HELP, i cant believe I am begging to get service.<br>
