cant get confirmation of cancelling my contract

I have been contacting mtn for the past. 3 months trying to get my contract cancelled when it expires but till today. I have not received that confirmation.i dnt know what to do now.<br> please assist me to find a way from such better service being provided by mtn. I have worsted lots of time making follow ups on the matter.
