Can't get ahold of mtn

This is not a bad review I just can't get hold of mtn I've tried but nothing works I recently bought a phone on contract which hasn't arrived yet I think the delay could be that I had provided my old number and the courier guy can't get to me however I would like to cancel that order, because I don't want that phone that I ordered if given the chance I'd like to change to a different phone if possible
