Can't get a hold of customer service

It has been 3 days trying to get in contact for someone to help sort out the connectivity issue with no success. What is the use of having a customer care department if you can't be reached. I have 2 wifi contracts with you and will be cancelling both due to this experience. Don't bother even reaching out they won't help.
