Cant get a contract right and I must spend hours in shops and holding trying to get it corrected!

I signed up for the MTN Black Friday Data Special for 100gb per month. It took 3 weeks for the contract to get approved and setup. "That's OK" I think, I understand they can be busy with the special. But then when I get the sim card and log onto the mobile app to check the contract details, it shows that I have a cost of R2000 for a R500 contract and the bundles are all messed up. I go back and the guy at the shop says not to worry its due to the way they setup the Black Friday deal and it will reset on the first billing. Then I don't get all the data that is required, so I go back, and the guy logs a call to sort out the bundles and explains that the first month is pro-rate data - fair enough. So I wait for the 21st for the first billing reset and low and behold only 4 bundles totalling only 80GB. So I have been short changed by 20GB. By this time I have spent over 3 hours in the MTN store signing up and trying to get the correct bundles loaded and have been assured its now correct. So now I phone the 808 help line, after 2 min of holding someone picks up and then has to transfer me to someone who can help, I then wait for over 25 min before someone answers my call! I then need to repeat all my details again. The she says she can help. So I explain all the issue then she says she CANT help as she needs the reference number from the issue the store logged!!!!!! Which I don't have on hand . So then I am told I must email the contract through to her! its an MTN contract and they have all my details!!! SO then I ask to complain and I get an email address to send complaints to - which will probably also take 3 weeks! I will still send that email. So I ask to speak to a manager and then get cut off after wasting 35min on the phone.

This is absolutely ridiculous. You cant to business like this MTN!!!!! I have had several contracts with MTN for about 20 years now and this is how I get treated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
