Can't get a cancellation fee quote

I have been trying to cancel the contract I took for my fiancee with MTN. Even the store I took out a contract with cannot help me they tell me to call the call centre which I cannot get through because I'm not on MTN network with my number. Im extremely displeased with this model of business.
