Cant follow simple instructions!

i had two contracts with mtn for over 6 years now. first on my dads name now on mine. i decided to terminate my contracts so i contacted the call center and advised them i want to cancel but i would like to keep my numbers on pre paid. they said the will arrange it and about a week or so later i called in again and was assured i could keep my number as it will become pre paid as previously discussed. yesterday my fiances phone stopped working and it said not registered on the network. this is unacceptable as she is home alone with our baby and the baby was ill and she could not reach me. i phoned this morning and was advised my contract and numbers were cancelled off the network and i must wait 2 weeks for it to be reinstated to pre paid. I WILL NOT WAIT. you will reinstate my number today! this was an error on your side so rectify it. i am leaving her number below and i expect you to contact her and apologize for the stress caused
