Can't explain

We can't stay away since everything is digital and we require internet maybe thats the reason these network providers dont really care because either way they will get clients Mtn will make you run up n down for something they know they won't even assist in..they have a u day grace period that allows you to cancel a contract without being charged but still stay cancelations take 20 to 30 days..how does that work..how do I return a product within 5 days of purchase and still ne charged just because my cancelation took longer to be processed,,whose fault is it..the customer care center is just worse as they will make u run up n down to stores for something they know store level won't assist and have the nerve to send you a contact upgrade after giving u unacceptable service. Totally disappointed..
