Can't even update an address!!!

Service Request Number: *** - After almost SIX months of repeated emails and assurances that my address has been updated, it is STILL incorrect on my statement and invoice. Honestly, this is NOT a difficult process so I cannot understand what the problem is! I even attached screenshots showing you exactly what needed to change.
