Your phone gets ******. You call 083 135 for MTN. There is no option for blacklisting. You speak to a consultant called Chadanay who confirms that there is no option to select for speaking to someone on blocking phones ******. She promises to put you through to POST PAID. You warn her that the line will cut (call centre tactics) and that's exactly what happens after. After an hour of holding again, you give up and get even more frustrated. MTN customer service is a complete failure!
