CANT DATA SHARE AND NOBODY CAN HELP

Its been over a year since i brought up this query and till now its still not resolved. i even went into the store and i was told that somebody will call me but it will be sorted out, to date, nobody called.

I cant register one of my liens for data share even though before i used to, it was easier done via the app but now that has changed, so i try dialling the number and still no joy. spoke to consultant over consultant and still nothing. contracts are coming up for renewal soon, 1 line now and 5 lines in a month or so. if this year old query doesnt get resolved just know that you are losing over 10 lines from a very loyal customer.
