Can't connect but provision date was yesterday???

Hi there, I think I have called 3 times already and not even a solution, I have been told to restart my router I don't know how many times. 🙄

First call: I was told to hold on the line I would be redirected to technical and after a while the call ended.

Second call: I was told to switch off my device for 15 minutes and switch it on.

Third call: IVR just went quiet without even a sound.
