Can't complain of service because there is no service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Upgraded my contract on 14 September and till today I haven't received my phone. I received a call from mtn last week Thursday they told me they will deliver it on Friday and still waiting. When you try and call the call centre you wait forever on the phone and when you finally get through no one can assist and then they give you 10 different numbers to call and still no one can assis. This is very pathetic service and I wish to cancel my contract as MTN is a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!!! USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
