CANT CHECK BALANCE ON INTERNATIONAL BUNDLES

On the 27 January 2015 I called MTN call centre 3 times to ask for number to use checking balance on my International bundles. Spoke to the first lady whom I cannot recall her name, Keen?, she said I must dial *141*0# and follow prompts. I did and there was no such feature for balance check. Called the second time, and another lady told me I should dial *141*2*427# and promised me that she is 100% sure is the correct number and I couldn't get the balance check feature. Called third time and another lady told me she is sure that there is no such feature. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME THE CORRECT ANSWER. I AM LOOKING FOR THE OPTION OF KNOWING WHAT IS THE BALANCE ON MY INTERNATIONAL BUNDLE. If the feature is not available, why then does MTN sell international bundles?
