Cant Cancell my contact or speak to legal dep
Called on 8080, 808, *** when prompted to enter my contact or phone number I'm told it's invalid. I called 173 and got the numbers for legal *** and *** witch I have called before and they did not work then either! I then called MTN HQ on *** and got put trough to legal. I was prompted for my contacts number and what do you know, still invalid!! The strike might be over but I am still unable to talk to a consultant that is capable to resolve my request. <br> <br> All of this happened after I sent a email to retention's on the 27th of August and my account is still not cancelled.<br> <br> MTN Please can you call me so we can sort this out!!!<br> <br> Poor communication from a communication's company. What a joke!
