CANT CANCEL MY CONTRACT DUE TO NO SERVICE!!!!

Absolute no service from MTN my contract is expiring on 15 September 2022 i went to a mtn store to cancel my contract and they informed me that they cant cancel it i need to phone mtn directly to cancel . I phoned on 24 August 2022 the lady at MTN online at the cancelation department told me that my contract is going to be canceled on the 15 August 2022 and after our call i will receive i sms states that my contract will be terminated but still to today i haved received that sms. I phoned again today 30 August and no one can assit me with this matter as they are not picking up and when they do they keep themselves stupid and dont assist me at all while i was busy talking to the lady she rudely ends the call in my ear . Mtn is one of the baddest service providers there is and not even talking about customer service because there are any service.
