CAN'T CANCEL MONTH TO MONTH AIRTIME WITH MTN

I called in October 2020 to cancel a month to month airtime contract. Since then I have been into a store, messaged them and tried repeatedly to call the helpdesk. They say it is in progress, yet bill me every month. DISGUSTING service and STILL NOT RESOLVED.
