Can't cancel contract.

I have been struggling for 2 months now to cancel my contract. In store they advise me to dial 135. And I get the following response. Call Centre is not available. They can't cancel in store. How on earth do you cancel it then. I am not happy at all. I can upgrade but can't cancel contract.
