Can't adjust usage limit
I used to be able to change my usage limit on my contract from my phone, I did it regularly. However now it doesn't work anymore... "Please contact your Service Provider to set your usage limit" is displayed. No thanks!!!!!! Not phoning the helpline to hold for two hours!!!! Fix this functionality.
