Cant access MTN active online and no answer - 1761

Since November I cant access my MTN active account online. It says site down for maintenance and call 808 for assistance. When you call 808 and they finally answer, they say you need to call Mtn Active on 1761<br> <br> As i write this I've been holding on for 30 minutes and still no reply after dialing 1761. <br> This is not the first time I've called either. <br> Eventually the phone gets cut and you start again.<br> <br> All I want is to access my account online. Please can someone contact me to sort this out
