Cannot upgrade because the news are not loaded on
Went to Mtn to upgrade an existing contract for a iphone 6 plus 128 GB. Firstly the franchises don't have stock. So I went to Mtn itself. Lovely sales people all done with verification etc, and then the deal collapses because the R1000 plus package is not loaded. So Mtn prints colour brochures with deals that must have cost thousands, yet the deals have not been loaded. So stocks lies around the storerooms and the franchises have no stock and Mtn can't sell due to mismanagement of process. Your poor staff cannot earn commission and your customers go somewhere else. Mtn seems to be a cursed company with a self fulfilling prophecy of destruction embedded in its modus operandi.... congrats you are not going anywhere....
