Cannot upgrade!
I want to upgrade earlier in order to obtain a iPhone 5s before it is out of stock and I am unable to do so! How is this possible? I am due for upgrade in Jan 2016 and are willing to pay the outstanding contract fees but MTN staff at the Call Centre and at MTN East Rand Mall is unable to assist me with this. This is unacceptable and if I am not assisted I am going to cancel this contract and move to another service provider as I know that they do assist with early upgrades. This is such a headache!

Kindly be advised that the contract expires 2016-05-13, the upgrade can only be done 3 months (20) before the contract expires. The upgrade will only be approved in February 2016.
