Cannot take out a new contract with MTN

MTN seems not to want new business. I've been trying to open a new contract with MTN since the 4th September. Today is the 8th. It took 4 days to tell me I have a bad credit rating. Strange how a 699 out of 704 is bad credit rating!!!! No consultant in three departments can tell which service provider is rating me badly! Utter waste of my week. Telkom is calling me minimum 5 times a day to renew. Now I must revoke my cancellation and upgrade with Helkom :(
