Cannot speak to consultant when dialling 135

I tried more than 50 times to call the customer care Center by dialling 135 and could get through to the consultants even after pressing all the available options. All I get are programmed messages that doesn’t lead to solving my problem. Why is there no number to press to speak to a consultant? There was another customer who complained about this here and was told to press “0”, I tried that too and it doesn’t work. That customer also said it didn’t work.
