Wow guys. Really wow. I work in the industry and am constantly looking at ways to assist operators reduce churn and increase market share. We look at complex things like pricing dynamics, marketing & distribution as well as product positioning. Operators are struggling in this highly competetive and volatile space with declining voice ARPU's and a shift to OTT players.

So to have my wife attempt to sign up for a contract at your Clearwater mall store - only to be served by some of the most *********** individuals I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with - and then wait a full week (yes, 7 full days) without any feedback from the store is absolutely unacceptable.

- First off, nobody in the store answers the phone. My wife and I tried repeatedly this week at various times of the day and our call to answer ratio was probably 30 to 1.

- Secondly, we've been waiting a week since our application for the contract and apparently it is just "pending"

- Thirdly, each time we eventually get through, we are told we will be called back the following day, only to hear absolutely NOTHING from ANYONE.

We have escalated to the manager, Edwin, without success, and his promises were just as empty as Bianca's (the store lady "helping us").

I cannot fathom how this store remains operational under such mismanagment, disorder and lack of professionalism.

Oh, while we're on the topic of MTN, my wifes current prepaid profile is constantly the victim of your charging system errors, which incorrectly allocate funds between her main account and dedicated accounts. For the layman - this means she will do a credit balance check and see R10. After restarting her phone (re-registering on the network) her credit will show R50 (an issue where credit is erroneously allocated to a data account).

Sort out my wife's contract please. Please. By the power of Greyskull.
