Cannot send shortcode sms's
I would really like to get some feedback from MTN as to why I cannot send shortcode sms's from my LG phone. It is so frustrating as I have been phoning the Call Centre and sending queries via MTN Active - no response to date. The one shortcode number that I tried (334441 - You magazine) even contacted their network provider (Vodacom) to see if the problem was on their side. They were told that I have no airtime as I am prepaid (I am on contract and have 200 sms' included). The other number that I could not reach was MTN themselves (44303). I do realise that MTN is having strike problems but this is not good service at all.
