Cannot resolve a query
Over billed and when trying to resolve by calling customer care, the calls to 1808 get dropped after less than 5 mins of holding on trying to followup on query with request number. Pathetic service. I'm due for an upgrade in 2 months time. Guess what I will be getting my cellphone service elsewhere from then onwards.

The query that was logged with the billing area, is still pending resolution. They currently have a backlog of queries due to the industrial action.
