Cannot remove un-authorized Caller Tunes

Good Day, I have some damned caller tune on my number, which I never subscribed to or requested. I received an sms stating exactly the following \Y'ello! Your CallerTunez service will expire on 2016-02-29 Another SMS saying\" You have successfully subscribe to MTN CallerTunez I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE I rep**** \"STOP\" to *** and 4100 and got NO response: Get this ****ing CallerTune ******* off my number NOW! !I want confirmation in writing that it has been done!! "
