Cannot receive international calls - Home location register issues

Hi; When I went to USA in March this year I activated SMS roaming, upon my return in the same month I deactivated SMS roaming.

During March and April while in South Africa, several people from overseas tried to call me but were sent straight to voicemail. I called the call center and was told that the Home Location Register (HLR) needs to be reset, this was done 3 times on the same day and eventually I was able to receive calls from international people.

This problem has now occurred as of today, people from overseas cannot reach me but I can make international calls. I called twice today (1 July) and on both occasions the call center agents reset the HLR details(line?) , the reference number for this is 1-***6.

Now I do not have anyone from overseas to test if my number can receive calls and this is putting my business under pressure.

Can someone please investigate what exactly is happening to my line and why this problem is intermittent ?

Can MTN also test if the ability for my line to receive international calls is working ?

Please treat this as urgent as this is the 2nd attempt at trying to get this fixed
