Cannot reach MTN South Africa through non MTN number.

I have tried several times on ********** , 083 135 & ********** to no success. ********** / 083 135 - Number is permanently engaged for weeks? Cannot get through when calling from a non Mtn number. ********** - number does not exist.

There is also no response when using email or web service.

I require action and assistance on the below: Kindly confirm the cancellation of ********** references: ***76 040 463 ENQUIRY REFERENCE NUMBER 90239

Kindly confirm in email and confirm last date of billing.
