Cannot reach consultant through 808

<p>Hi MTN, </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot reach any consultants through the 808 number. Pressing 0 at anytime simply disconnects you. Also your menus are confusing and you are asked to enter your MTN number twice if calling from any other line. Please note that you are a technology company and that customer service should be your first priority i.e. you need easily accessible support centre.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your service is terrible.</p>
