Cannot provide necessary settings
I contacted MTN technical support requesting the DNS servers for the MTN network and I am told that MTN is unable to disclose their own DNS servers. This makes absolutely no sense since the DNS server are required to be able to resolve the address for the domains that your clients are accessing.<br> <br> Were I able to find this information online like I can with multiple other service providers I would not have been forced to make 3 lengthly calls to MTN to find out that they cannot provide the information that others provide online.<br> <br> This, in short, makes absolutely no sense especially since I needed the information to help clients of MTN as they were already getting ****py support from MTN support.
