Cannot process sim swop
I lost my phone last year 2015 and did a sim swop for Micro sim on the 07/01/2016 for *** ,I got a new phone from insurance and it uses Nano sim i was then told i have to do another sim swop which i did on the 27/01/2016 and i was told its takes 24 hours even today it hasn't been done yet,call center should just close because i don't get assistance only when i report on Hello peter that's when i get assistance
