Cannot make any outgoing calls

I have been trying to get through to MTN support and speak to a consultant because my phone is not making any outgoing call. This is costing me money and i feel helpless. I tried contacting MTN for the past week and i cannot get through. I need this to be fixed ASAP or im changing to another network provider
