Cannot Load Airtime
Hi<br> <br> I have an MTN Prepaid Sim Card in my ipad. I use to be able to load airtime with the MTN app. After I did a sim swop, I cannot do this anymore. There is no error message on the app, but no data gets loaded. <br> <br> Nowhere can I find an email address and the call centre never answers their phones. <br> <br> I am frustrated and do not know what else to do!<br> <br> PLEASE HELP.<br> <br> Regards
