Cannot get out of LTE contract

Trying to cancel my monthly Home LTE contract has been a absolute nightmare. Even then personnel in store are fed up with this new process. I got a contract at the Olympus Pretoria branch, they closed down a couple of months ago and now that I need to cancel my contract, I have been all over in Pretoria to each branch as they all are sending me somewhere else. Now they said they cant do anything about it since the branch has been closed.

All the paper work has been filled, router has been collected and checked. They just cant cancel my contract since the old branch is close, how absolutely ridiculous is this?? Now I am effectively stuck paying R500 per month... Going to result to contacting my bank to stop the debit order.

Never doing any business with MTN again.

In store personnel have been helpful though.
