Cannot get new contract and phone

<p>I took out a new contract with MTN at the MTN store in Dainfern Square, on 16 February 2017. Almost a month later, I have not received my handset (LG G4) which is included in the contract. I followed up for a second time on 12 March by going to the same store again and the only excuse they can give me is that they are not receiving stock of the handset. I was also told that I cannot incept the contract without receiving the handset. Furthermore, since the contract has been "conditionally approved", MTN did not communicate to me any delays or expectations on when I will finally receive my new handset. The staff at the store were also left uninformed as to when they can expect new stock of the handset to arrive.</p>
