Cannot get human assistance ONLY bots and automated machines

Since yesterday I have noticed that my whatsapp messages doesnt when I am away from wifi. I thought I am out of data so I bought data. Problem still persisted. So i rebooted my phone, turn off mobile data and put it on flight mode without any success in restoring my data connection. Today I phoned 135 care line and spent an half an hour navigating the menu without an option to speak to an agent. The options listed is not relevant to my problem and is just one big circle jerk. Press this option then u get transferred to a different line with ONLY voice prompts!!! I went on their app and on the whatsapp contact but all of it is just BS that I dont need!!! Meanwhile whenever I leave home I am disconnected and am sitting now with more data bundles then what I need. I have been with MTN since early 2000s when I got my first phone but this convinced me to switch to a different network
