Cannot get hold of the Legal Department

I fell behind on my payments but I have been paying for the past 2 months. I have not received invoices since around January so I have no idea how much I owe. I called 808 and was told my account had been sent to the legal department and they gave me 2 numbers to call and those numbers are invalid. I called again and an agent sent a request to the Legal department to call me but that was over a weak ago and no one has called me.
