Cannot get hold of MTN Legal

I made payment to MTN Legal on 29 July and submitted proof of payment to the correct address. I have not yet had a response and I desperately need to send an update to my bank. <br> <br> I have spent countless hours trying to get hold of MTN legal on the phone but have not made any ground in doing so. I have just been sent from pillar to post via MTN Customer Care.<br> <br> I have never been so frustrated with a service provider before
