Cannot get hold of legal department

<p>I ran into some financial difficulties which resulted to my account falling into arrears and was handed over to Hammond Pole attorneys. i settled my account with Hammond Pole Arttorneys and was given a settlement letter which i submitted to an MTN call center agent called Ntando Mzinyana ********** Ntando was supposed to send my letter to MTN legal department but i dont know whether he did that or not. <br />Now i have been trying to get hold of MTN legal department in order to unblock my account so that i can be able to terminate the contract as i am so fed up with their service but to this date i have not received any feedback from MTN. This is now affecting my credit profile.</p> <p>I have always love MTN but the service i am getting is not acceptable at all. can an MTN official ugently attend to this matter.</p>
