CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE @ THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Hi, <br> <br> MTN has put my name into the credit bureau and apparently my matter has been handed over to the Legal Department. I have not received 1 call or letter from them yet it has been handed over. <br> <br> I went into the branch yesterday and gave them my details because I wanted to know the amount outstanding as i need to settle same urgently but all they did was give me the contact number for the Legal Deaprtment. I DO NOT see why the MTN branch cannot help with these queries. Its ridiculous. The contact number that they gave me for the Legal Department just PUTS YOU ON HOLD FOR HOURS!!!.<br> <br> I am so frustrated because I need to make payment and I do not know how much i owe because i CANNOT get through to their PATHETIC CALL CENTRE<br> <br> Please can someone help me URGENTLY. <br> <br> Thank you.
