Cannot get hold of anyone

I am extremely annoyed with the call centre, firstly i cannot get hold anyone, as soon as someone picks up, they make like they cannot hear me and drop the call. i have tried on several different numbers and on all instances the same happens.<br> <br> my cell number got suspended for the last 3 months, my account is up to date as per the statement i receive but no one can help me. The store says i must call the call centre, and the call centre keeps dropping my call.<br> <br> extremely frustrated, please can a senior person help me
