Cannot get assistance to cencel contract

I have tried to cancel my 2G Broadband (E*** - ***) contract since the 15 April 2015 and I have sent e-mails, been on hold for 1 hour when phoning 808 and STILL this has NOT been sorted out. I have 3 different contracts BUT only want to cancel the 2G Broadband. Up to date NO ONE has contacted me but they continue to debit this off my account. Please advise what the next step forward is. I cannot sit on the phone dialling 808 for 1 hour ONLY to be cut off every time I try.
